Shipping & Returns

Most items will be shipped within one (1) business day. No shipping on the weekends.

Most items are shipped UPS or USPS, unless upgraded/expedited by customers.

Customers can expect their orders to arrive within 3 – 5 days for domestic addresses, no APO addresses.

There would be shipping delay due to holiday seasons.


Yool is dedicated to delivering a great shopping experience. That’s why if you should decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 30 days after receiving your order for a refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: (a) Downloadable software products, (b) Some health and personal care items.

To qualify for a refund, the returned merchandise must meet ALL of the following requirements:

1. All Product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

3. The package containing the returned merchandise must be postmarked no later than 30 days after your order was received.

4. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. ALL electronic devices and digital media (e.g., software,  video games, movies, etc.), due to manufacturers’ restrictions, MUST be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once we received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you. If it meets our return policy requirements, we'll issue you a refund immediately.

Please note that shipping & handling is non-refundable. In the rare event that an item should arrive damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is externally visible. Or, please notify us within 24 hours, if the damage were concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from the time of the signed receipt. Yool, at our discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a refund to you when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. The returned merchandise given to the carrier must be inspected for damage prior to forwarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves the carrier.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. CD, DVD, software, video game and system console, etc. that has been opened.

  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  3. Any item that is returned more than (30? Or 60?) days after delivery.



For your safety, during the COVID-19 Pandemic,  we are unable to accept returns on any PPE products. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are non-refundable.
